Vice President and Senior Director
James Bartlett, Vice President and Senior Director of The Pinnacle Group, has 20 years of executive leadership experience in information technology sales, marketing and finance. Since joining the company in 2001, he has been an integral part of Pinnacle’s business growth by building up the product division, focusing on IBM, Cisco and the creation of Pinnacle’s cloud/virtualization strategy.
Mr. Bartlett also functions as the chief liaison between enterprise-level clients and Pinnacle’s technology staff, shepherding projects from the design and proposal phases through implementation. As a point person on large-scale accounts, he makes it his priority to learn and understand the role technology plays in his customers’ businesses, so he can offer them tailored solutions that fit their work environments and maximize their return on investment.
Mr. Bartlett studied Business Administration at Cal State Fullerton and has certifications in security engineering, sales, and networking. Prior to his career in emerging technology, he studied Fire Science Technology at Rancho Santiago College and worked as a certified EMT while training to become a paramedic/firefighter. He has been married for twenty years and lives with his wife and sons in Southern California.
